Renewing the educational program and practice (QA1) from a team perspective
The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) reports tell us that Quality Area 1 (QA1) continues to challenge and stretch teams working in early childhood education and care settings. This session is for everyone in your team – teachers, educators and educational leaders.
The session will focus on providing new ideas and tools for looking at QA1 through a team lens, enabling you to approach the cycle of planning and critical reflection from a whole team perspective. The session will answer the critical questions: ‘What does critical reflection mean to our team?’ and ‘What does it currently look like?’. This event will also include a workshop where you will have the opportunity to work with strategies that identify team strengths – so you can create a plan to simplify and strengthen your planning cycle and reflection in your service.
After registering, keep an eye on your email as there will be a unique opportunity to co-construct the learning in this session to ensure it meets your learning needs!
