Are you a Nominated Supervisor, Manager, or Director confused about how your role interacts with the committee? Unsure about who is responsible for what? Look no further! While responsibilities can vary between services, some core duties are consistent and non-delegable. If you’re facing situations where roles and responsibilities are unclear, we can help.
Join ELAA’s drop-in session for support in navigating change management within your Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) service. Let us assist you in clarifying roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

ELAA’s Member Solutions team bring specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. With background in management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resource and early childhood teaching, they understand the challenges that committees of management face.
