To learn more about Shine Bright and our philosophy please visit our website Home - Shine Bright About the Role As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for Shine Bright’s suppliers on a day-to-day basis and for the delivery of an effective accounts payable and purchasing system. You will work in partnership with the Payroll Officer, collaborating and assisting each other where required. About You As an Accounts Payable Officer working in a collaborative environment, you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Current working with children’s check
  • Personal and professional values that are aligned to Shine Bright EYM’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • High level of communication skills including verbal, written and collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • High level of organisational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Pro-active approach to working through queries.
  • An ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage competing demands.
  • A high level of proficiency and competency in Microsoft and accounting packages.
