Position Details
Situated on Bunurong Land, Hampton Community Kindergarten Inc. offers funded three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs delivered by a professional and experienced team of teachers and educators. Our play-based programs support children to learn through exploration, creativity, and developmentally appropriate experiences that reflect their interests and strengths. In addition to our core program, we offer an optional third day for four-year-old children, along with Beach Kinder and Community Engagement programs that encourage connection with nature, active community participation, and learning within our local coastal environment. Our kindergarten provides a bright, welcoming learning environment with a spacious indoor room and large outdoor play area. We are committed to child safety and uphold the Victorian Child Safe Standards through our policies, procedures, and daily practices. As a kindergarten on Bunurong Land, we are dedicated to embedding Indigenous perspectives throughout our curriculum and fostering children’s understanding, respect, and care for Country and its Traditional Custodians.
