About the Centre/Service
Keysborough Kindergarten is a community based sessional kindergarten in Keysborough. We offer three and four year old kindergarten programs. We are a well established kindergarten that has been part of the Keysborough community for over 30 years . The kinder is operated by a parent-run Committee of Management who respect educators’ expertise and supports their professional development.

Description
We are currently seeking Diploma Qualified Educators to work on a casual basis.
You will work with a team of dedicated educators in our mixed 3 & 4 year old program.
To be considered for the position you must
- Hold an approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood, WWCC, current first aid certificates
- Be able to support the teacher in planning and implementing the program, and be confident in taking observations of children's learning and development
- a strong understanding and the capacity to work with children with a diverse range of abilities
- A sound understanding of play-based pedagogy
- work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision,
- have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.
- Work in a professional manner at all times and ensure that the service meets the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law (National Law), Education and Care Services National Regulations (Regulations), relevant curriculum framework, the Quality Improvement Plan, and policies and procedures of the service
