About the Centre/Service Wallan East is a three- and four-year-old sessional kindergarten that Kids First proudly operates! Description 2 x Part time position available – 17.5 hours per week!

  • Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program.
  • Work in partnership with children, families and the community.
  • Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
  • Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice.
About you
  • Diploma of Children’s services or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting.
  • Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diversity.
