PRESCHOOL DIPLOMA POSITION
The Position
Langwarrin Park Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will be required to assist with the planning, preparing and delivery of a developmentally appropriate and engaging program for kindergarten children attending two of our Three Year Old Preschool groups.
The successful applicant must be familiar with the NQF and VEYLDF. They are required to work under the direction of the 3 Year Old Teachers and to be an active member of our team, working collaboratively to create and maintain a stimulating and child safe learning environment. The ability to engage with children in a warm, welcoming and inclusive manner is a necessity.
This role is a part time position working 18.75 hours per week beginning Term 1 2025. For the right applicant, there may be scope to increase hours by providing additional support within our school readiness funding program and relief work.
Employment is under the VECTEA 2020 award.
Roster: Tuesday :- 12.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday:- 7.30am – 12.30pm
Friday:- 7.30am – 4.15pm
The successful applicant must possess and address the following criteria within their application to be considered for the position:
- Completed a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Children's Services
- Current Working with Children Check
- ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification, Anaphylaxis Management Training and Asthma Management Training
- Right to Work in Australia
- At least two referees, including the most recent employer of direct line manager, all referees must have observed you working with children first-hand.
