Mentone Pre School is a community owned kindergarten offering three and four-year-old programs. We have a play based learning philosophy with an emphasis on children engaging with nature. Children are at the very heart of everything we do and we aim to create an equitable and diverse community for all to belong and thrive in. Providing children with a high quality, play based educational program, that is guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning development framework, the Early Years Learning framework, and the National Quality framework, we value the importance of play. We uphold every child’s right to play and we know that children learn best through play. We believe Kindergarten to be a very special and unique time in a child’s life!
