About the Centre/Service anzuk is currently working with a beautifully resourced centre located in the beautiful bushy regions of the Inner Gippsland region, that is highly regarded, early learning centre that prides itself as a teaching service. This service is a beautiful purpose built service and are looking for an ECT ideally with 1 year of experience working on the floor to come and join the family!

Description

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an ECT to join a warm and supportive team ! As the ECT, you will be responsible for the running of the integrated 3 year old kinder program and the care of up to 16 children in the room. You will be supported by educators and management to provide the best program possible for the children. This is further reflected by the generous planning time provided by the service.

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you will have have experience working as an early childhood educator in the kinder space, or in a similar role and must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent, as well as your Provisional VIT. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.
Qualifications
  • CANDIDATES MUST BE ON SHORE
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • VIT registration
  • Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
  • 2 Relevant References from an Early Childhood Management team
  • Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis  
  • Full working rights - Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Visa valid for 12 + months
