KinderLink is a group of 3 preschools located in the Healesville reigon in the beautiful Yarra Valley. At KinderLink we believe that a child’s preschool years should enable them to blossom and grow in a safe, happy nurturing environment. Following the latest teaching framework our fully qualified teaching and support staff encourage children to learn through play and through their interactions with their peers. We believe the family is the most important influence in a child’s life and aim to provide service where families feel welcomed and included. KinderLink and Badger Creek Preschool are committed to child safety. We have zero tolerance of child abuse, and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our robust policies and procedures. Badger Creek Preschool provides a safe, warm and supported environment that welcomes and embraces the rights and needs of the children and their families. It includes involving the children and parents in planning and participation of an appropriate program for the child in a collaborative manner with the educators at Badger Creek Preschool. The service acts as a conduit for receiving and exchanging information between staff and families to facilitate optimum learning opportunities for the child and for an ongoing assessment of the child’s progress and development. The program is play based and utilises the bush surroundings, through going on weekly “Nature Walks”. The centre also values a connection to community, working collaboratively, with a number of local organisations and families.
