Position Details
Ripponlea Kindergarten is a not for profit, committee run, community kindergarten offering mixed age group sessions for up to 60 children. Our children play and learn in a peaceful and natural setting that is part of Ripponlea Primary School. We are an exceeding service in all seven quality areas and have above ratio staffing. On Mondays and Fridays we have an Italian teacher join us and we run a small group bush kinder session at Rippon Lea Estate in the afternoon on Thursdays and have a small group back at the kinder. We are strongly committed to sustainable practices and embedding Indigenous perspectives in our program. Ripponlea Kindergarten acknowledges the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land where we learn, play and work. We pay our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their Elders, past and present. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply for this job.
