Position Details
Balcombe Preschool, located on beautiful Bunurong Country in Mount Martha, is seeking a Certificate III Or Diploma qualified Educator to join our team from Term 1, 2026. Balcombe Preschool provides children with a warm, nurturing and engaging place to learn, grow and explore. We are supported by a committed volunteer Committee of Management and wonderful team of six dedicated educators who value collaboration, connection and quality Early Childhood education. We offer: - a welcoming environment for children and families - high-quality educational programs guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) - a strong focus on responding to the individual needs, interests and strengths of every child - a unique Bush Kinder program, making the most of our wonderful natural surroundings
