Early Childhood Teaching and Pedagogy Demonstrated knowledge and experience in early childhood education, child development and contemporary, evidence-based teaching and learning practices. 2. Educational Leadership Demonstrated capacity to lead and support a team of educators, mentor colleagues and drive high-quality educational programs and continuous improvement. 3. Curriculum, Assessment and Documentation Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, evaluate and document engaging programs that reflect children’s interests, strengths, agency, diversity and learning needs. 4. Relationships and Communication Demonstrated ability to build positive, respectful and collaborative relationships with children, families, educators, the Approved Provider and wider community. 5. Leadership, Organisation and Compliance Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, manage competing priorities and ensure practices meet relevant legislation, regulations, funding requirements, policies and approved learning frameworks. 6. Professional Practice, Inclusion and Reconciliation Demonstrated commitment to reflective practice, professional learning, inclusion, equity, children’s wellbeing and agency, rights of the child and embedding reconciliation and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within practice.
