About the Centre/Service
Maria Montessori Preschool was established in 1977 in Mt. Waverley and after 21 years relocated to Wheelers Hill. We are a registered private Kindergarten with long day care, operating 50 weeks per annum, closing over Christmas/New Year. The Preschool is committed to the true Montessori approach and adheres to the principles and practices of a Montessori education. It is staffed by qualified, experienced, and caring teachers with many years of experience.

Description
We are looking for a 3-6 Montessori Educator or Teacher, part time or full time who can start now or at the beginning of 2022. The applicant must also be able to work during the school holidays and will be in charge of the school program.
Qualifications
If you wish to join our friendly team you are required to have the following:
- Completed or working towards a Montessori Diploma
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of NQS, EYLF, childcare regulations and Montessori Curriculum
- Ability to work during school holidays
