About the Centre/Service
Acacia Avenue Preschool is a sessional preschool comprising of one 3YO and two 4YO groups and is run by a volunteer community based committee. With our new purpose built facilities we operate out of two contemporary indoor learning spaces and a multipurpose space, along with a large outdoor learning environment. At Acacia Avenue Preschool staff endeavour to create an environment which is welcoming, caring and nurturing towards all children and their families. The program is play based and aims to support children in developing skills and acquire a positive attitude to learning.

Description
Acacia Avenue Preschool is seeking applications for a Co-Educator of our 3YO group. You will be working with 23 children in Green group, Monday 8-1pm and Wednesday 12-5pm, for a total of 10 hours per week. The successful applicant will hold a Diploma of Education and Childcare or Certificate III, current WWCC and be passionate about providing the best possible learning environment that's inclusive of all children and to be confident to work in a successful team. We would also like a person that wants to be part of our family community for the future.
Please be aware that there may be casual relief opportunities available for the successful applicant throughout the year and due to the increase of funded hours for 3YO there could be opportunities for further hours through involvement in the preschool in the future.
