About the Centre/Service Taylors Hill Kindergarten is located in Jacaranda Drive, Taylors Hill within the City of Melton. The centre offers four 4 year old groups and one 3 year old group. The centre is managed by BPA Children's Services, we are a not for profit Early Years Manager for 28 kindergartens, 8 child care centres and 1 occasional care program within the western metropolitan region of Melbourne with more than 20 years experience in the Early Childhood industry.

Description BPA is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed person to take on the fixed term maternity leave position of Early Childhood Teacher at Taylors Hill Kindergarten. The position is  part time fixed term, commencing as soon as possible until the 20 December 2019. The successful candidate will be required to work 25.25 hours per week - 15 hours contact and 5.25 hours planning and admin. Rostered Hours: Monday:        8.00am - 4.15pm Tuesday:v      8.00am - 4.00pm Wednesday:  8.00am - 4.00pm (Planning time is included and must be done onsite) BPA is committed to the right of every child to have access to quality early childhood educational programs.  BPA believes that the principles of equity, access, cultural relevance and safety must be developed and implemented for the benefit of the children and their families, participating in these programs.  BPA is committed to the implementation of the Child Safe Standards throughout the organisation.  
Qualifications Applicants must have:  A minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).  Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, Child Protection Training and online Mandatory Reporting Certificate are essential.
