Description
6 hours contact Monday and Friday, 4 hours contact on Wednesday Nature Kindergarten plus AGL non-contact time.
We are looking for an experience Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care educator, with a passion for Outdoor Learning, to join our team to run the Pre-Kindergarten program with our current Diploma qualified educator,
Essential skills and competencies *Knowledge of the underlying philosophical rationale for outdoor learning, and confidence with risk benefit assessment. *Ability to create partnerships with families and community. *Confidence in recording observations and documentation of children’s learning .*Experience in working with young children. *Ability to plan and manage time effectively with limited direction.* Proficient computer skills. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Aptitude for working as an active team member. *Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
