About the Centre/Service Caring for children and families for over 120 years in Victoria, bestchance now has an opportunity for experienced Area Managers in our revised Early Years Structure.  Bestchance is a not-for-profit organisation intent on building stronger communities, healthier families and happier childhoods. We achieve this through the provision of quality education, care and therapy services for children, support programs for families, and related national accredited training qualifications. 
Work Days of the Role Monday to Friday
Hours of Work of the Role 68 - 76 Hours per fortnight
Description Area Managers - Early Years

The Early Years Area Managers will provide operational leadership to manage, support and build capacity of educators, Nominated Supervisors, Center Directors, 2ICs and Educational Leaders. You will lead the team to deliver high quality programs that are inclusive and meet the needs of all children and families. Additionally this role has responsibility for managing the people and financial resources of services.   We currently have both full time and part time (0.9 FTE) opportunities with one role to be based at Armstrong Creek East and working across Wyndham City Council and two more roles based in the South East working across Cardinia City Council.   With a relevant qualification you are experienced in early years service delivery, management and planning to deliver compliant and responsive children’s services that meet the needs of the local community.
