Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join a well-established organisation within the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
This role will suit someone who is passionate and vibrant - who is looking to drive change and promote a positive team culture.
You will be responsible for the overall management and effective running of the Education and Care Service. Working in partnership with your Leadership Team, you will strive to provide the highest quality care and education for all children & families - as well as striving for excellence in all areas of the NQF & NQS.
You will be supported by both an experienced Assistant Director & Educational Leader - as well an Operations Manager. This service is running at 100% capacity, 143 place & highly regarded in the community.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills & strong attention to detail
- Diploma Level Qualification
- First Aid and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check
