Description
This privately-run centre offers a beautiful outdoor area with natural trees and learning spaces that allow children to reach their fullest potential. The centre also provides high standards quality care and education and have been proud to be rewarded with "Exceeding" rating.
The service is looking for an engaging and enthusiastic diploma or even a strong Certificate III to join their 2-3-year-old room working with a team of 5 to support the room leader along with other staff who cover breaks. Your main responsibilities will be developing strong relationships with families, children and parents as well as overseeing the room's curriculum.

To be successful:
• Employment working with children check
• Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR.
• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services
• X2 Reference (Previous managers)
• Experience in long day (especially in a toddler room)
• Display strong non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
• Show an enthusiasm, passion, energy and proactive behaviour.
