About the Centre/Service
JS Grey Kindergarten is run by a voluntary Committee of Management consisting of parents. We offer three 4yo groups at 15 hours per week and two 3yo groups at 6 hours per week.
We include all members of our community and respect each child’s rights and dignity. Our play-based activities nurture self-esteem, confidence and independence. Parents and their support are highly-valued in our parent-run kindergarten. Environmental sustainability is part of day-to-day learning and we support cultural diversity and indigenous perspectives.

Description
We are seeking a Diploma qualified who is passionate about providing quality education and joining our dedicated team commencing February 2019. The role involves teaching our 4yo group including a bush kinder session each week on our premises.
Working knowledge of the EYLDF, Educational and Care Services Laws and Regulations. Candidates must demonstrate an interest, experience or eagerness in the Bush Kinder program and pedagogy in their application and interview. While experience teaching Bush Kinder will be highly considered it is not essential, however proven study and interest in Bush Kinder will be key in our selection criteria.
Diploma qualification, current working with children, First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
