About the Centre/Service
Little St Margaret’s was established in 1929 and is a not-for-profit, community-based kindergarten which offers a specialised early learning curriculum in a family friendly environment with small class sizes (14-16 children per class). We are a parent operated kindergarten, which employs a part time director.
Little St Margaret’s has an overall rating of exceeding the National Quality Standards. We are committed to being a child safe organisation.
At Little St Margaret’s we offer 3 and 4year old kindergarten programs with an extended care program. Our 4YO program operates Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8.30-12.00pm and Tuesday/Thursday: 8.30-3.00pm (21hours per week).

Description
We are currently looking to employ a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Co-Educator to join our dynamic team in our 4 year old kindergarten program.
In this role you will work closely with our 4 year old kindergarten teacher and contribute to the curriculum which is designed to encourage our children to think creatively, explore, and investigate, problem solve and share their learning with others in a rich nurturing environment. We encourage children to develop a positive disposition toward learning.
The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of National Quality Framework and Learning Frameworks and enjoy working in a team environment.
Monday: 8.15-12.30pm,
Tuesday: 8.00-3.30pm
Wednesday: 8.15-12.30pm
Thursday: 8.00-3.30pm
Friday:8.15-2.00pm.

Qualifications
Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Equivalent.

Current WWC, First Aid and Child Protection certificate required.
