About the Centre/Service
Windsor Community Children's Centre is a not-for-profit community run service. We aim to provide exceeding care for 54 children per day across four rooms- Infants 6mths to 2 years. 2- 3 years and funded three- and four-year-old programs. We have a huge outdoor play space, and our programs focus on an anti-bias approach to learning, body safety awareness, risky play, loose parts and much more.

Description
We are looking for an educator to join our team at WCCC. Here are a few of the reasons for you to consider joining our team.
Each team has a full day of planning allocated each week. Full time educational leader off the floor to support and guide practice and pedagogy within the Centre.
On site staff meetings with dinner provided once a month- paid at overtime rates.
Half day of professional development at the beginning of the year and full day of professional development mid-year- where the Centre is closed to families.
Weekly critical reflection meetings - rotated among all team members so we all have a voice.
French cooking classes for our Kindergarten children.
Launching in 2024 on site bush kindergarten programs.
Fire pit.
Pescatarian/ vegetarian menu - fish is served once a week.

Qualifications
We are looking for a Certificate 3 or a Diploma of Early childhood qualified educator to join our team.
Current working with children check.
