Description The Role:  bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive team at Bunyip Kindergarten  As a values based employer, bestchance educators are provided with mentoring, advice and support to extend their practice and achieve their professional goals.     Job Details:  Bunyip Kindergarten 3 Year Old Group Location: 29 Princess Street, Bunyip VIC 3815 Session Times: Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm Please note: All Non-contact time will be scheduled in consultation with the successful applicant.    You will stand out if you:  
  • hold an approved Certificate III in Education and Care qualification  
  • have demonstrated experience in a kindergarten environment, working within strength-based and family centred approach 
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families 
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with individuals from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds.   What we offer:
