About the Centre/Service bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive team at the Paddy O’Donoghue Centre in the Noble Park Community Service Centre.

Description We have an interest based children’s focus in our rooms and we are looking for like-minded passionate Educators who want to make a real difference in the lives of children every day. You will stand out if you: 
  • hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or equivalent
  • are creative with an enthusiastic hands-on children’s approach
  • have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with individuals from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds. What we offer:
