Description The Role: bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive team at Springvale Rise Primary Kindergarten. As a values based employer, bestchance educators are provided with mentoring, advice and support to extend their practice and achieve their professional goals.   Job Details: Springvale Rise Primary Kindergarten 3 Year Old Group Location: 32-52 Wareham Street, Springvale, VIC 3171 Session Times: Mondays 8:45am - 1:45pm Non-contact Time: 1.5 hours Total Hours: 6.5 hours   You will stand out if you: 
  • hold an approved Certificate III in Education and Care qualification
  • have demonstrated experience in a kindergarten environment, working within strength-based and family centred approach
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with individuals from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds. What we offer:
