About the Centre/Service ndividual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive team at the Paddy O’Donoghue Centre in the Noble Park Community Service Centre. We have an interest based children’s focus in our rooms and we are looking for a like-minded passionate Room Leader who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children every day.

Description This is a full-time position working a rotating roster Monday - Friday between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm. You will stand out if you:
  • hold a Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care qualified or equivalent
  • ready to take the next step in your career by leading Educators in your room
  • are creative with an enthusiastic hands-on children’s approach
  • have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with individuals from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds. What we offer:
