Description bestchance is seeking experienced members to join the passionate and supportive team at our Armstrong Creek East Children’s Centre, a brand new facility, beautifully influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach. With an influx of enrolments, we have a number of full time positions available for exceptional Early Childhood Educators. We have an interest based children’s focus in our rooms and are looking for like-minded educators who want to make a real difference in the lives of children every day. You will stand out if you:
  • ideally hold a Diploma or Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care qualified or equivalent, or you may be working towards your qualification
  • are creative with an enthusiastic hands-on children’s approach
  • have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families
