Description
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educator to take on a Room Leader Position within our 40 place Childcare Centre in January 2020

Qualifications
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Previous experience with strong leadership skills
- Early Childhood Degree preferably or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with Room Leader experience (or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA)
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- An ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of NQS and EYLF
- Experience in planning and delivering high quality educational programs
- Mentoring and leadership skills
- Experience in building strong morale amongst staff and a caring environment for the children
- Working with Children Check and Current Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
