Description The Role: bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our passionate and supportive team at Wyndham Vale Primary Kindergarten. As a values based employer, bestchance educators are provided with mentoring, advice and support to extend their practice and achieve their professional goals.   Job Details: Wyndham Vale Primary Kindergarten 3 Year Old Group Location: 85 Ribblesdale Avenue, Wyndham Vale VIC 3024 Session Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:30pm - 4:30pm Please note: All Non-contact time will be scheduled in consultation with the successful applicant.   You will stand out if you: 
  • working towards a Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent recognised by ACECQA
  • have demonstrated experience in a kindergarten environment, working within strength-based and family centred approach
  • have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
  • love developing warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with individuals from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds. What we offer:
