About the Centre/Service St Paul's Anglican Kindergarten has been in operation for over 70 years and is situated in Canterbury in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.The kindergarten is governed by a parent committee of management and operates a sessional model with two 4 year old and two 3 year old kindergarten programs. At our kindergarten we believe that children learn best through play. This provides opportunities for the children to learn as they discover, create, improvise and imagine. Our team welcomes and supports all children and works closely in partnerships with families and external agencies to achieve best possible outcomes.

Work Days of the Role Monday and Friday

Description We are seeking written applications from VIT registered Early Childhood Teachers for a position commencing in term 1 2019. The position is permanent part time, 15 hours per week, in the three year old Sunshine Group. The candidate must value the importance of working together as a team and to value each team member. Must have confidence and experience to support and implement the program with passion and enthusiasm with the assistance of a Diploma qualified /Certificate 111 Educators. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident when communicating with children, parents, other educators and management. Have strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications Applicants must hold a Bachelor in Early childhood Education (VIT registered), as well as current First Aid/Asthma/Anaphylaxis Management and Child Protection Training qualifications.
