About the Centre/Service
Watsonia Pre-school offers 15 hours attendance each week.
Children attend 2x6 hour sessions from 9.00am to 3.00pm and 1x3 hour session. The Pre-school offers a play based curriculum focusing on children's interests and teacher initiated learning with children encouraged to make independent activity choices at indoor and outdoor times. Description
We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (experience preferred) to support our Leading Teacher and two Educators with our Bush Program. You will be passionate about authentic outdoor play conducted in all weather within a bush environment where children are fostered to respect the natural environment and all that is in the environment as well as acknowledging those who were the original carers of this land. you will be committed to working with fellow staff members and Pre-School Committee members. You will be committed to providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all children
Qualifications
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education-(or ACECQA equivalent) VIT registration, Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR Training
