Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the room management, including the children, program, staff, safety and environment. To ensure a high quality service is consistently maintained in all areas and aspects of the Service. They will act as a positive role model, to be an active team member, conveying respect and guidance to other colleagues and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
The applicant should:
- High level of passion for the industry
- Ability to work closely with management and peers
- Demonstrated effective staff leadership
- Speak English language fluently
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education in Early Education
- Experience in the role of Early Childhood Teacher

• National Standards, including the NQF are met and exceeded
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Maintain the procedures, policies and practices in the Centre
• Communicate these documents to parents, colleagues, casuals and volunteers
• Regularly review and update documents in consultation with other professionals, staff and parent
