Description We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to further enhance our wonderful team of educators and provide a play-based learning program for our children. Qualifications The Unique Educator we seek will hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Additional Requirements Key Selection Criteria • Knowledge of the Children’s Services Regulations and an understanding of EYLF. • A sound knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice. • The ability to plan, prepare and provide stimulating programs for both individuals and the group based on their needs, interests, and stage of development. • To engage in regular professional development and be aware of current research and practices. • The ability to communicate effectively with parents, other professionals, and colleagues.
