We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Director to join our Children's Services team at the Y Ballarat. The role will support our kinders in the City of Greater Bendigo and Mount Alexander areas.

About the Role
The Early Years Area Director is a key part of the leadership team within the Children’s Services Programs. The position works with the Children’s Services Management Team, Teachers in Charge and Early Year’s educators to oversee excellence in operations for a network of Early Years programs. The Area Director works collaboratively across the area to ensure that the YMCA maintains integrated, innovative services that are responsive to the needs of children and families within local communities. The Early Years Area Director will ensure the provision of high quality services that are inclusive, flexible, comply with the legislated requirements under the Education and Care National Regulations and National Act and are meeting or exceeding all principles, practices and outcomes of the National Quality Framework. Together with the Early Years Manager this exciting role will assist in driving YMCA reputation, service quality, and partner relations and identify growth opportunities in Early Years Programs. This position will work with a strong stakeholder engagement focus, building current capacity and ensuring excellent customer service and quality provision to all stakeholders, including children, their families, our valued staff and the wider community. This position requires you to be standing, walking and bending and sitting for the duration of your shift. Administration tasks will be performed in a seated position at a desk.Interested?
