Description About the role: The Early Years Enrolment Team actively engage with Educators, Families, Local Government representatives and networks to support the enrolment in high quality education and care programs that meet the needs of the community. As a member of our Early Years - Enrolments team, you will bring a positive, collaborative and can-do approach to a dynamic environment supporting our Early Years Services, Families and LGAs About you: In order to be considered for the Early Years Enrolment Officer role, you will need possess the following attributes:
  • Experience in providing a regulatory compliant, high level Early Years enrolment service to families with a high degree of empathy towards families and their circumstances
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with family enquiries and concerns
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Experience managing sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Experience in a dynamic environment
