Your new job
BPA is seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to lead the delivery of a high-quality education program at Willis Street Kindergarten,
St Albans. The successful candidate will also be required to fill the role of Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor at the service.
The position is part-time fixed term (Sept 21-Dec 22), reporting to the centre BPA Early Years Advisor.
On a day to day basis you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, working together to build exceptional practice, and help young children to thrive.
- Lead and guide the development and implementation of a high-quality developmentally appropriate educational program, based on the practices and principles of the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks, that promotes each child's learning across the five learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations, and the National Quality Standard.
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA)
- Experience in the role of Educational Leader and/or Nominated Supervisor
- Current VIT registration
- Current First Aid certification

Qualifications
