Operating since 1974, a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals, Melton City Council Family Day Care warmly welcomes you. We are offering you an opportunity to become a Registered Family Day Care Educator, to establish close relationships with small group of children 0-12 yrs and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families in our growing community of Melton. School or Kinder drop off and pick up. Work as a Sole trader with great council FDC support unit.
Work Days of the Role
Choice of - Part / full time / weekends / over night care options.
Hours of Work of the Role
Your choice - minimum 5 hrs a day / min 3 days a week

- You will earn more or less depending upon your availability and flexibility. You set your fees within our agreed fee range.
- You can earn extra by – being open some weekends and evenings (limits apply) and available for casual or back-up care
- Charging a higher rate for after hours and weekends.
- You can charge for extras such as transportation, snacks, meals, excursions, pick up or drop off services,
- We will support you with a FDC agreement, before registration.

Qualifications
Cert 3 minimum, Diploma or Bachelor qualified Educators welcome to apply.

This is a home based sole trader business. You are your own boss! We will assist with information on requirements for registering as a FDC educator. All residents 18 yrs + need WWCC.
