Kindoo! is an award winning early learning centre that provides sessional Kindergarten to a combined 3-4yo cohort of approximately 15 children. Established three years ago, the service's unique offering is highly sought after and supported by the local community and we are now seeking a passionate Kindergarten Teacher/ ECT to lead, grow and reflect on our high quality educational program.

This permanent role offers a talented and passionate Early Childhood Teacher the opportunity to grow and develop our combined 3-4 yo kindergarten program. Days and hours are flexible for the right candidate.
Working closely with our professional team, you will inspire children's thinking and learning and make a difference in the lives of young children every time you come to work. Your naturally warm and positive personality will help you to build and maintain caring and collaborative relationships not only with the children and their families but also your fellow educators. You will have lots of autonomy to create, inspire and lead so taking the reigns will come naturally to you... plus there's great support for you along the way where you need it.
As a Kindergarten Teacher and Educational Leader with Kindoo! your key priorities will be to:
- To plan, build, deliver and reflect upon a vibrant curriculum within the NQF/ EYLF/ MTOP frameworks that ensures the development of each child
- Assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress and ensure their school readiness
- Effectively communicate with parents so that a collaborative relationship is nurtured
- Work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, Support Educators and other team members to deliver an inspiring early education program
- Support, supervise and coach educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, families, children and the wider community
- Manage the kindergarten and SIP/ ISS funding process
- A passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, interesting and inviting play spaces linking to the curriculum.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
