Description Mainview Blvd FLC is a placed based led centre that seeks to improve the environments and experiences of children in the communities in which they are born, live, learn and grow through Integrated Service Delivery and Innovative partnerships with local schools, community, council, MCH, internal and external service providers. Mainview Blvd FLC is purpose-built for families and community with a 4 room kindergarten service, community space, kitchen and meeting room, adult training programs, consulting suites, volunteer program and Maternal and Child Health Service. Your role is to deliver operational service and quality to our children, our team members, and our families whilst taking ownership of the centre including financial success and driving organisational outcomes. Working in collaboration with key functional partners Early Years Manager, RTO Manager, Children’s Therapy Services, Marketing, People and Culture and Finance and Wyndham City Council the Centre Coordinator is accountable to deliver the range of family and community programs, ensuring financial and organisational targets are met. As nominated supervisor to families for the kindergarten you have a range of responsibilities under the National Law and National Regulations (see attached fact sheet). A strong reliance on stakeholder engagement and constructive communication and collaboration between with families, team members and functional areas is a critical component of the role.
Qualifications To be successful you will hold a Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) or several years in Early Childhood Educations and Care Administration or Management. You will have applied knowledge of the National Quality Standards, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and Demonstrated ability to implement service efficiency, performance enhancement and staff retention. With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to problem solve and make decisions in complex environments.
