Description We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our Management team.

We want to meet you

  • Do you have a record of achieving business growth in Early Learning or another industry?
  • Are you seeking a senior leadership role where you can make a difference in the lives of children and families?
  • Do you get great feedback on your ability to engage with staff, parents, children, customers and industry stakeholders?

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Management, Early Learning or a relevant field
  • A passion for development and education of children
  • Applied understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development Framework (preferred)
