Description CKP is seeking to employ a Relief Hotline Coordinator/ Administration Officer. This role is largely responsible for the timely and efficient allocation of shifts, matching appropriate relief pool while working in close collaboration with CKP Management. The role is part time (20 hours per week), with the relief hotline hours are 6.30am – 7.00am (Mon to Fri) /6.00pm – 7.00pm (Sun to Thurs). This work can be performed at home. During the school holiday period the weekly employment hours will be required to be spent at CKP head office undertaking administration tasks.   • Sound understanding and knowledge of early childhood industry (highly desirable, although not essential).
  • Knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations and policies relating to the early childhood industry (highly desirable, although not essential).
  • Excellent computer skills including the ability to effectively use MS office and other relevant software packages.
  • Ability to translate policies and legislation into practice and with skill and explain complex information to others.
  • Ability to plan, organise, set priorities and manage time, so that organisational resources are optimised and objectives are achieved within a time line
  • Proven ability to plan, work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in an environment with demanding workloads and time constraints
  • Ability to work independently yet be an effective member of the team.
