Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced RTO Manager to join a highly regarded organisation in Melbourne!
This role is brand new, and you will have the opportunity to start up an RTO from the ground up.
With the number of service portfolio's growing within the organisation and the commitment of investment towards learning - the aim is to produce quality training & professional development to support the growing teams.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a strong communicator and ability to liaise with various key stakeholders.
- Have previous experience in setting up & overseeing the RTO's training & compliance operations (including people management)
- Ensure the Training & Assessment Strategies and tools, curriculum & training packages meet the required packaging rules
- Monitor compliance within CRICOS & VET Quality Framework
- Maintain up to date knowledge of VET & CRICOS sector and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Must be from an Early Childhood background
- Previous experience in an operations & compliance role in an RTO environment
- Knowledge & understanding of the Standards for RTOs
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team
- Sound knowledge of VET sector & RTO industry compliance & ASQA standards
- Excellent computer, communication, organisation & management skills
