About the Centre/Service being3 is a beautiful 48 place centre that is looking for an experienced, engaging and collaborative Room Leader to develop and deliver an education and care program for the Under 3's group.

Description An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Diploma qualified Educator to design and lead the Under 3's program at our beautiful centre. Being3 Burwood has an abundance of space for children to play, learn and grow and we are looking for someone who will embrace and enhance these wonderful resources, incorporating them in to the care and education of our youngest learners.Being3 is a privately owned centre for Nursery to Kindergarten aged children.  We are deliberately small, catering for only 44 children a day. We place great importance on developing strong relationships with the children and their families and ensuring a team approach in all that we do.Being3 Burwood operates as a Long Day Care model for 49 weeks a year.In Summary, we are seeking the following:
  • Experience in contributing to and implementing an engaging program that is based on the EYLF and developmental outcomes
  • Ability to develop a routine and transitions that form part of the educational curriculum for our younger learners
  • Creative vision and active participation in the development of natural play spaces, both indoors and outdoors
  • Creative ideas for sustainable practices
  • Collaborative centre development planning
  • Great organisational and team work skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience working in childcare
  • Current Working with children check.
  • Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
  • Current training in Child Safety
