18 DecChristmas close down and employee entitlement calculations
Please note the ELAA offices will be closed from 4pm on Monday 23rd December, and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January. This time of year is extremely busy for ELAA staff, so if you are calling our phone support or require an employee entitlement calculation and cannot be attended to straight away by a member services team please ensure you leave a voicemail message or email memberservices@elaa.org.au
End-of-year employee entitlement calculations – the deadline for requests for end-of-year calculations (Long Service Leave, Termination payments) was 5pm 13 December. Requests received after that time may not be completed prior to the Christmas shut down.
