Do you work with children and families experiencing vulnerable circumstances? Continuity of Early Learning is a free professional development course for those involved with supporting children and their families as they prepare for and make the transition to school.
The course has a focus on supporting children experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.
The course will provide you and your transition to school colleagues with the theoretical and practical skills to strengthen your partnerships and networks to achieve successful transitions to school.
