02 OctELAA’s submission to the Review of the Universal Access National Partnership (UANP)
ELAA has made a submission to the Review of the Universal Access National Partnership (UANP). In it’s submission, ELAA makes seven key recommendations to the Review – chief among them being that any reforms to funding, design and delivery of the early childhood sector should be informed by 11 key principles outlined in the submission; that funding for Preschool children in the year before school be ongoing; and that a timeframe be established to provide universal access to preschool in the two years before school.
The UANP promises to be the most significant review of early years funding and policy in Australia in the past decade and ELAA encourages all members and supporters to read our full submission .
