18 MarFederal Government commits to developing Indigenous early childhood strategy
The Federal Government’s announcement (in February) that it will commit to developing an Indigenous early childhood strategy in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people has been welcomed by SNAICC – National Voice for Our Children.
The recently released 12th Closing the Gap report finds many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families experience multiple forms of disadvantage that make children vulnerable in their early years. To read the full SNAICC respons click here .
