04 MayJobKeeper Explained

Posted on 04 May 2020

Join ELAA and a specialist panel from Ernst & Young (EY) with the best advice for early childhood education and care providers on understanding JobKeeper.

3pm (AEST) Wednesday, 6 May

We know from member feedback that one of the biggest ‘grey areas’ for early childhood education and care (ECEC) providers right now is the Australian Government’s JobKeeper scheme.

Join EY’s team of Early Childhood Education and Care  and Tax specialists for a virtual panel discussion created specifically to help ECEC committees of management, accountants and treasurers better understand the JobKeeper scheme.

This session will cover:

  • How does JobKeeper apply to the ECEC sector?
  • Which organisations are eligible?
  • Which employees are eligible?
  • What are the employment tax obligations?
  • What are the reporting requirements?
  • What other government support is available to businesses?

Read the flyer to meet the panel.
