01 AprMaking Meaningful Music with our Early Learners

Posted on 01 Apr 2021

Many educators lack confidence in their ability to make music with children. They feel they have lost their “mojo” and are doing the “same old same old” year in and year out … In this practical workshop ‘Making Music with our Early Learners’, Anne Belcher  introduces The Five Branches Framework for Music in the Early Years, working through each of the five branches or key elements of an effective Music program – Beat, Singing, Instruments, Movement and Listening.

Anne will share ideas for effective, yet inexpensive props and instruments, and fun, easily accessible songs, dances and listening activities that can be incorporated immediately into any early years learning and care program.

“We are so lucky to be able to give the gift of music to the children in our care. Come along and gain the boost in energy and confidence you need to bring more music into your program.” – Anne Belcher
